Makes photo file massive!
Please can you fix this? Been using this app for months and it’s really great but now when I upload a photo and then save it, it’s almost 6 times the size it was! Makes photos unnecessarily too big, a park. To upload online and a pain for storage. Please fix this issue! Thanks.
Paid but didn't unlock content
I downloaded this app and initially I was really happy with it, and wanting the potential to customise watermarks further I paid to unlock all features. This however, didn't work and it kept telling me to pay to unlock all features.
I have followed Apples guidelines on how to reset the app but with no luck. I contacted the app developers 2 days ago with no reply. Apple have advised that they can issue me with a full refund but I am disappointed as I'd rather have the app. I wanted to wait and leave a review when I got a reply from the developers but as this looks very unlikely I wanted to warn others.
I am using this app to create basic watermarks and using another app that I paid for to remove the watermarks from this app
There’s currently something wrong with the app
So the app has always worked pretty fine for me, aside from constantly showing I don’t have licenses to the alp and having to restore licenses almost every time i go on the app. But currently there’s an issue where you literally cannot complete the watermark as this other textbox appears that doesn’t allow you to leave it, so i cannot use the app right now.
