Great app
Love the app very user friendly and had an issue with an item and the response was amazing from customer services cannot fault the service was received
Card payment
Seems to be a glitch when paying with Visa card if you choose for your card details not to be saved. When I did this the page froze on the 3D authentication page. After a few attempts I reluctantly ticked the ‘save card details’ and the payment went through. Coincidence? I don’t know. Not cool if it’s deliberate.
No customer service
I ordered a dress which was delivered in a terrible condition- v creased with briken zip which had come away from seams so I couldn’t even try it on ? No response from customer service email - no contact number- even tried WhatsApp? Nothing- very disappointed!
