Developers installed an event at Halloween and closed the server for three hours. When I logged back in my account had gone back to zero and I lost 59k gems I had saved. Tried to get help from Devs but never get a reply. I really enjoy the game and the people but feel let down by the Devs.
Improvements Needed
I have been playing this game for almost a year now and after many complaints to the developers the problems within the game continue. I have been unable to buy gems for the most part and yet, still continue to be charged money for gems I did not receive despite sending several emails, which go completely ignored. At best it takes around a week for a response. There are chat room glitches, private messages clear without warning, glitches with bandits, scouting reports, massive problems with being kicked from the game during the expedition and city scramble, the list goes on... The items in game are extremely expensive... In honesty, £6,000 for an SS General is rather ridiculous!!
Other than this, as a concept, it is a very good game and can be addictive.
I feel that it is the team effort within an alliance that makes the game a good experience; meeting so many different people from all over the world etc.
BUY A LOTTERY TICKET
A good game with some good ideas.. HOWEVER YOU WILL BE ROBBED BY THE VERY VERY INCOMPETENT DEVELOPERS.. who need to invest in much better servers.. some people have spent over £10,000 yes £10,000 to not be able to play without very very serious lag.. the developers never reply to emails.. the developers just want your money and nothing else. APPLE SHOULD REMOVE THIS FROM THE APP STORE UNTIL THE DEVELOPERS GET THEIR ACT TOGETHER... HEALTH WARNING... DO NOT PURCHASE THIS GAME!! .. YOU HAVE BEEN INFORMED!!!
