Finally my go to place for emergency cash

I was sceptical at first but I have to say it has been handy a few times I have used it. No more stress of worrying when I get an unexpected expense. You stream part of the wages you’ve worked for that day, week etc and within seconds you have it in your bank account.

In the beginning there might have been a glitch where it kept showing my wages to be streamed then down to zero but after that it has been working perfectly.

Good when it works

I have been waiting and waiting for my wagestream to be fixed and keep being told it’s a high priority. Yet they keep telling me I’m furloughed despite me telling them I’m not over and over. We are told this service is to be relied on but it isn’t reliable at all and if I had known it would work at all this month I would have made sure to save more money than usual. You have to hound the support centre for a response and they tell you they are dealing with it and it will be sorted on this day or this day but still no change and my wagestream is till on 0!!! I get paid next Friday and have to pay my internet tomorrow there is no point telling people you can rely on this service for unexpected bills when you can’t even fix it in time for people to pay them. I don’t think I will be using this service anymore due to this it has really put me off especially to stop working in the month of December!!! Stressed does not cut it!

When multiple tickets are opened by a single user, that user may not always get the same representative as all tickets are sent to a queue that is answered in the order they are received by the first pair of hands available. Due to this, we apologise that you may have had redundant questions asked of you, but we assure you our representatives are trying their best just to get as much information as possible to be able to help you quickly and efficiently! Enrollment

Found the app easy to download & pretty user friendly. I was fully acessible to the app within the timeframe stated 1-4 days. In fact 48 hrs after downloading the app.

Only issue was knowing who to contact initially about wagestream & what departments to contact. Initially contacted payroll who sent an email to HR & finance of the Trust employed. I do feel the Trust departments to liaise with if experiencing any problems or that are involved with wagestream should be much more transparent for employees as i had to do a little running around. Otherwise all fared well.
