I cannot thank Justine from Vuelo enough for her exceptional support during a very stressful time. Dealing with airlines and navigating aviation rules was overwhelming, especially with my wedding ceremony and honeymoon just around the corner. However, Justine went above and beyond to resolve my technical issue with professionalism and deep empathy.

Not only did she manage to get my error flights cancelled and refunded, but she also secured seats for me to rebook—something I thought was impossible. Her relentless efforts and commitment to ensuring everything was sorted made all the difference. Justine is a true asset to Vuelo and someone who truly cares about her customers.

The new release works seamlessly. Booking hotels and flights is intuitive and very user-friendly. The process is smooth and efficient, making travel planning much easier. I like having everything on the same interface. Highly recommend!

I had joined Vuelo when it first launched being one of very first few customers to use the account despite the app being still work In progress and at that time being skeptical about it, calls were made by Justine constantly to make sure my booking was done correctly.

I have realised that when a company is relatively new they are at their upmost standards to provide all possible features but as soon as they get some recognition they decide to become the worst company ever.

My credit limit dropped drastically so low despite my credit file being perfect. Now features are locked within the app like using brands even though I have settled payments and cleared all previous bookings.

And worst of it all, my account has been closed down without any prior warning.

Dear Vuelo, if you give the same level of passion and effort as you did when you first launched to get customers I am sure, customers would still be very appreciative and feel like you are different from other companies but sadly that’s not true.
