I was very indecisive about ordering from here at first, however. I placed an order which arrived in around 2 weeks, which was great! I expected it to take longer. I then placed another order, unfortunately the item was too place and then out of stock on the website. I spoke with the customer service chat on the app and the promptly resolved the issue and immediately set out the refund!

If you are indecisive I say make a small order - wait and see. They give a month for their orders to arrive to cover their back. Allow the month and if the item still hasn’t arrived then raise an issue. I have had no issues with this company. Very happy.

Definitely use PayPal

I’ve ordered three items from here two of them have been advertised incorrectly…The first thing I bought was a nice watch it was advertised as a automatic mechanical watch when it’s arrived it was not automatic mechanical but a quart battery operated watch… I spoke to customer services they told me that watches are automatic mechanical battery operated….This would be like saying all electric cars diesel… which Cleary is incorrect…I told the statement was very incorrect but yet they still stood by it…. but nevertheless give me a refund without any difficulty… The second item was a hair shaver was very happy with this… The third item was another watch under the same description with the same problem as the first watch not as advertised… this time was very hard to get any help with this it was like the person was either giving me the runaround or just genuinely didn’t understand English or maybe the translator was not efficient, I would definitely advise people to use PayPal as this app cannot be trusted when they make a mistake. staff need more training to Paypal standards, if someone orders an electric car but a diesel one arrives you would not say yes but there is no difference. I must’ve sent at least 60 emails before I went to Paypal if the staff do not understand what the problem is after 60 emails pictures and videos sent them to staff clearly are not trained well enough.

Worst app

This app is the worst app I have seen in my whole life and have a very bad service, I ordered a dress from this app and it come very very late even the price is expensive I should receive it earlier but instead it come late and I had no idea where it was. When I received the dress it’s not like the same in the picture and the colour is not the same the length is not he same and the whole dress is a piece of trash. I returned it the same day as I received it and paid £18 for the track which is very expensive. I waited one month I didn’t receive my refund and everyday I ask them about it and they say I have to wait until they have the parcel which is not my problem I waited and waited but didn’t get anything from them. It has gone two month and I didn’t receive any refund even they have the parcel but they won’t give me back my refund they say that it has gone more than 30 days which is not my problem at all I’m only asking for my refund because I deserve it and it’s my own money so I will never again buy from this app it’s a scam everyone be careful.

Hello, if you return a product, you need to wait until the package arrives at the warehouse before the refund can be processed. The refund will usually be received within 5-15 working days; if it is due to product problems, our customer service will compensate you for the shipping cost. If you have not received the refund after the refund arrival time, please send an email to customer@voghion.com.
