Amazing App
Great app, easy and simple to use with great dining options available
Good app but frustrating
I’ve been trying to book multiple rounds of golf for myself and my 10 year old son but it would not let me change him to a junior for the bookings. It did once and then when I went back to book more tee times it went back to him being listed as an adult
Incredibly unreasonable cancellation policy
Always keeping 10% on cancellation at any time (even more than 72 hours in advance)? On UAE green fees that adds up. Even during COVID when people absolutely have to cancel and can’t avoid it? 100 dirham amendment fee less than 5 days before? Extortionate and very rude customer service.
