Love the app. It’s easy to navigate through and the data is clear. My husband and I now play detective trying to figure out what raises the VOC levels in the flat by using the data in the app. 😂 (plus, our Natade looks lovely in the corner of the living room)

After patiently waiting for months and months and looking forward to receiving my Natede I’m very disappointed that the app just doesn’t work at all. I can’t even sign in. I’ve reset my password, I’ve reregistered with a new email address and all I get is a message saying am error has occurred! So now all I’m left with is a very expensive and useless plastic plant pot that won’t stop flashing. I have connected support but still haven’t heard back yet so it looks like more patient waiting is required.

Absolute rubbish. They insist on you giving them your location. It’s a *plant pot* for goodness sake. When you refuse to, the “Add Device” process loops at step 12 “Set your Goal” and can’t complete.

I threw it in the trash and bought a plant pot. Both the plant and I are much happier now.

On the onboarding process, the app asks your location in order to make your device able to connect properly using your country WiFi standards (WiFi Regulatory Domain).
The request is optional, and If you don't want to share this information, you are obviously allowed to do it, and continue the onboarding smoothly.
