******** REAL USER REVIEWS (on our FB page) ********
Easy to use, voice recognition is very reasonable. Having this phone app allows me to let people to speak into the phone rather than write everything down on a notepad. It works best one-on-one, but there can be a little noise. I'd like to see future release be able to come up with answered phone calls... Kudos to the developer!

I know the app isn’t perfect, but I’m deaf and this fills a very wanted need for me. I knew in the beginning it was going to cost $15 and it’s worth it for me. It’s helped me a lot at work - a coworker can let me know what he needs without finding paper and pen... I’m sure it’s using Siri/iOS under the hood, and would like to see it released for Windows, which seems to have a better speech-to-text engine (my opinion). Simple program that’s easy to use - thanks for seeing the need!

Please keep developing this! I can't tell you how excited I was to find it. It will change our lives!!

Deaf
I got this app for my self as I had just became fully deaf and felt lost. Worked well at first then the hidden cost showed it’s face. Not a chance dropped the app asap. Found two others that work great and don’t charge a thing one is called hero. My. Friend now have this app to communicate with me my advice dump this look elsewhere lots are free just need to look for them
Good but could be better!
When I first downloaded the app I was happy I found a free app that can help me completely understand what people are saying. However, I first tried the tv and I had to get really close to the tv for it to pick up and when I went to try again it said that 6 hours had gone and that I had to pay £14.00 to continue. I am really disappointed by this but if anyone doesn’t experience these things then I think the app will work really well.

Buyer beware!...but could be a lifeline. New warning, it's spooky
This is a new update of my review. I have had to stop using this app because it is spooking people. It keeps recording speech when there is nothing said. Not even background speech like televisions and radios. It basically keeps having names and spooky messages coming through and this is suppose to be a aid for the deaf not ghost-hunting. This may be the the most genuine app for anyone interesting in ghost hunting apps.
I have just paid £5.99 for this...guess what, it claims I can use this free for 6 hours before I lose full working ability with it. Then £14.99 is needed for continue use of this app after that time. That is very expensive and very dishonest because this app should be free download and then like iBooks after 6 hours you have to buy the full unlock. I shall be bringing this up with RNID, it's taking advantage. I apple, you should give me the choice of £9 afterwards otherwise I have paid falsely for what in the introduction is stated clearly free for six hours.
Anyway back to the app itself. Make sure you have the correct language otherwise names can be Americanised. It still makes errors of speech but it's wonderful to see everybody's speech for the first time. This could be a lifeline for the deaf. I would be able to use this with a normal telephone and radio. It may have a problem with long speech but it's wonderful. I think this app could change my deaf world. Could you consider with a new update the ability to change backgrounds behind subtitles as the words are lost in a bright green background and could be a problem for the colourblind. I would rate this more than 5 stars if it wasn't for the false free six hours. I think the deaf world need this app.
Update on review. Please consider a update for the following:
1- holding the telephone to microphone keeps switching the recording to processing. So this needs to be more phone friendly.
2- the company that has made this app has bad English. It's making me believe this is more deaf than I am. Very bad English. Must be 75% more accurate on English. It acts too much like it doesn't understand 75% English. So for the money, needs a lot of improving. But there is something weird going on...it keeps recording and processing speech when there is no one speaking. It may be picking up on ghost Speech! Weird!
