Visitor Toll Pass 4+

Used this during a recent holiday to Florida and it worked flawlessly from collecting the pass to returning at the end of our holiday.
If you follow the instructions carefully there should be no problems just remember add your hire car registration number to the app before leaving the airport.
Only niggle was having to keep logging in to the app, face unlock would have been useful here.
Would definitely use on next trip.

App is fine and works well, however I was charged for 3 tolls after I had returned my rental car and deposited the hangtag, as my booked trip on the app extended longer by two hours after I had returned the car. These tolls were obviously incurred by the rental car company. customer services are refusing to reimburse these charges, despite me showing my rental car statement showing the time I returned the car.

Beware of this, although not significant cost, it seems like a failure in their processes, and unwillingness to accept evidence to the contrary is an extremely poor customer experience.

Lesson learned, but not sure how I can avoid this in future, so will not be using again.

The system works really well. Easy collection and use. I had to change rental car and the app was easy enough to change the toll plate. I even extended my use wit( no problem. All good..No after getting home after 9 hour flight at 20.00 I then found out that extra tolls had been added after my pass had been handed back. Even after a number of emails showing that the tolls were going away from Orlando airport after my pass was handed back. One I never went near and after my flight had taken off!!! I eventually got the tolls refunded but a hassle doing so, good system just let down by little bits.
