Wow. Frustrating ,

The site is not user friendly, I have a iPhone when talking to a customer support or the automated part, the send button is in the bottom corner of the screen and I have to minimize the screen everytime I want to hit send. Also mid conversation with a support person the site timed out. Then I never got a call back from visible after this. Plus the data on the hotspot is dire in comparison to before. I’m very close to switching networks. I will be interested to see if anyone responds to my complaints. I guess it will show me if next month I’m switch to another carrier!

Using Visible in Europe

Visible Plus can take calls from Europe, but when you travel there- it doesn’t connect to European networks. Therefore you waste money signing up for Visible Plus when traveling - the features describing Visible Plus are vague - which is why this poor rating review is needed. If you want to travel with your phone to Europe - you need a major phone carrier service who has arrangements with all the national networks - Visible doesn’t have this.
