Description
VIEWMECH is a personalised customer video solution created specifically for garages and their technicians to help build transparency and trust with their customers.
The App is totally free to download and use to create video evidence of any urgent or advisory work that needs carrying out on a customers vehicle that has been identified during a service/vehicle health check or MOT. You will need create a VIEWMECH Dashboard account.
The app works in conjunction with a dashboard where all videos are reviewed and parts/labour quotes and any additional notes for the customer can also be added. The videos are then sent directly to the customer via text message and email that link through to a responsive branded customer landing page.
Personalised customer videos will improve customer retention, increase revenue and help you convert more customers.
