Good idea, poor implementation

I’ve had the system for over a year, during which time it has only worked when I am at home on Wi-Fi, and not when I am out using 4G. The lack of remote operation caused my installer to offer to replace the system with a different make, but I persisted, calling Came’s technical help department myself countless times.
They tried very hard to sort it out, eventually suggesting it was my router that caused the problem. I changed that at enormous inconvenience, and it wasn’t! Finally, after a year, I know it was my Network provider, Three, that was the cause, so if you are with Three, do not buy this system!
I have tried several other networks, all of which worked perfectly, and I have now changed to Vodafone, which of course works similarly well. However, I am now paying nearly 5 times as much for my mobile phone bill thanks to this app, and I am not happy about it!

Issue with latest iOS update

It seems that iOS 14 causes an issue with the app. I am now unable to action anything through the app when I am outside my Wifi network. Can you please check the app comparability with the newer update and try and keep up the pace with development please. We can’t stop updating our phone because the app isn’t updated regularly. It might be also an idea to add the aux feature to the front screen like you did with the door release button to allow us to use that feature to release a sliding gate for example without having to press multiple button and layers to get to it.

Still no reply from technical support about any updates. It seems that other customers are also complaining about this. Please get someone to debug your app properly and make it fit for purpose as it is not at the moment! Expensive hardware news software to work otherwise it is useless. iOS will continue to be updated so you need to check your app regularly. Not good enough to say don’t update your phone if you want to use our app!

PLEASE CHANGE THE DOORBELL SOUND!

Have had no end of problems with this.
Have now finally got it working. Unfortunately still have no ability to change the sound of the “ring” which, inexplicably, is set to the sound of an old-fashioned telephone. This is not how I want my doorbell to sound, a doorbell should sound like a “doorbell” not an old-fashioned telephone (a sound a lot of people have set as their mobile phone ringtone). Please give us the ability to choose the sound of our doorbell via this app.
