First time uses
I honestly had doubts when thinking about using this online virtual exam technique. But every thought was squashed as the experience was easy and relaxing.
A few technical issues
This was the first time I had done a remote exam from home and I had a few technical issues in that the link I had in the email was the internet page and not the app browser, so I had to get help from chat which delayed my start time.
The my password would not work even though it was the same one I used on the internet page. So then had to reset password with 1 minute to spare. So was a bit stressful before starting my exam!
Easy to use
It was easy to use but found it slightly confusing when the invigilator was talking to other candidates at the same time but was still on the screen. Would be nice to have something showing on the screen when they are talking to you.
