Great compared to the new app
I’ll honestly miss this app and system in comparison to the new alarm system and accompanying app. This one was simple and effective.
It gives notifications and keeps a log and of course the best is being actually able to alarm and disarm remotely.
Ok, but...
It’s ok. I like that I can use my fingerprint for identification, turn lights on and off etc. I like that I can easily make schedules... but I really miss a couple of small but important features. These make me unsure if I will expand my Verisure system or move to another solution. Here’s my wish/suggestion list:
1. Please allow me to programme timers based on sunrise/sunset +/- my adjustment time. When it’s sunset in Norway in winter, it has already been dark for 20 mins. I wish I could turn lights on 20 mins before sunset, say.
2. How about dimmer functionality?
3. Why is the thermometer so big and expensive - and needs to be thrown away when the battery runs flat?? Not aesthetically or environmentally friendly.
4. Starting the app is too slow. Compared to flicking a light switch, this app takes too long to open then click a few times to flick switches.
5. I’d like to choose myself which start page / tab to start on. Personally, I’d like to open the app at the Smart Buttons page.
6. I should be able to reset a users password or change access rights from the app.
At least, please modify the timer to allow a pre-sunset activation so lights come on when it’s dark inside.
Video recording
Why doesn’t the camera have all day audio and video recording where we don’t have to physically keep choosing to take clicks when we want to see what’s happening. Does the camera not have that facility?
