Too many adds
I have to wait for an Add every time I open the App it is very annoying.
Adverts make it impossible to view live
You get a notification that there has been a “motion” detected…log into app to see and get hit by a long advert which prevents you from seeing what the “motion” was as it’s now too late. Super frustrating when you bought the camera to view thefts taking place outside your home in REAL time, not after the event. Very poor behaviour of the developers, seeing as it’s meant to be instant!!
App doesn’t work
Camera is ok it’s the app that lets it down. App keeps disconnecting from camera. When you try to troubleshoot via the app, there is no way to get off the link you choose. I’ve got rid of these cameras due to not being able to use via app.
