Pointless
Titsa website (in English) recommends tourists download the App to buy tickets. But only allows Spanish residents with Spanish phone number and postcode to use it. You can add fake phone and zip codes, but what’s the point? Once in the app, half the links don’t work either. In fairness, the actual Titsa website is barely functional as well, so it’s hardly a surprise the App doesn’t work.
Useful app if travelling long routes
I think unless you’re doing a lot of travelling around the island you’re much better off just buying the travel card to get about,it’s far easier and quicker to use .Just tell the bus driver how many in your party, touch the card to the reader, then when you exit the bus (from the middle door) touch your card on the reader to finish your trip and it’ll display your balance left on your card,
Not able to register
We downloaded the app and started the process to register. Enter phone number. Did this (uk) - rejected as too long (0-9 digits). No way uk number can be this short. Couldn’t complete registration so app no use at all
