Ten+ card top up
The new card costing 2 euros needs topping up from time to time. On the back of the card it suggests registering the card to buy recharges not possible online unless you have a Tenerife address but told the App will work. It doesn’t !
Useful app if travelling long routes
I think unless you’re doing a lot of travelling around the island you’re much better off just buying the travel card to get about,it’s far easier and quicker to use .Just tell the bus driver how many in your party, touch the card to the reader, then when you exit the bus (from the middle door) touch your card on the reader to finish your trip and it’ll display your balance left on your card,

Great app and easy to use.
Don’t let all the negative reviews from all the brits complaining about a local Tenerife bus app put you off. They seem to think it’s an entitlement that everything bends to their way on every part of the globe.
