Not showing fundamentals
Recently installed Upstox in my iPhone Fundamentals and script details options are not visible..I am using latest version only Please help to fix this problem

Account Opening Process took more than 15 working days still it is in process.
I have applied and submitted all of the documents it was showing 3 working days. Ridiculously it is more than 15 working days past still it is showing account opening in process. Ohh really I bet it is better to open via submitting physical document and your account will open in a week.

Login issue
What kind of app is this? Doesn’t have alternate ways to login apart from mobile number field. Not able to update phone number in case of lost number. Mobile app should handle all sort of scenarios to address customer issues. Chat with us is absurd. Predefined responses are not helpful. Who is the project manager for this? Shame on you.

Even if you don’t have access to your registered mobile number, you can still log in to your Upstox account using that number, and the OTP will be sent to both your registered mobile and email.
