i’ve never had an issue with unlock.t. i have used it for about a year now but it took a month for my last payment to even reach my wallet and now it won’t let me transfer it into my bank. as i’ve said, i’ve NEVER had this issue before. i’ve emailed 2 times now and it’s still not sorted. i don’t normally do reviews but i have a lot of money i need to withdraw and it just won’t let me. other than this i would recommend it but they really need to fix this bug, it’s a joke. been over a month now…

App is a complete scam, wont allow you to add any bank details it claims there is a “maintenance operation and to try again shortly” i have been trying for a WEEK to withdraw my funds with no luck, i have contacted customer support multiple times just to get a copy paste email starting with “Dear customer” they dont even use your name when communicating, After getting a generic “just wait” reply i asked how long i was expected to wait as it had been multiple days and the reply was “we noticed you deleted your account” which no i did NOT, i emailed them from my account again to show the account was still active and they had better not delete it themselves without paying what they owe me because if you look on trust pilot it seems like thats what they do to a lot of their users, delete accounts before paying them. Customer service did not help at all and dodged the question entirely and i have yet to receive a reply to my emails proving my account hasnt been deleted and asking why did they not answer my question at all. Complete scam beware of this app.

Used this for months and it was great, weekly cash out, money always on time no bugs etc.
Since last month July 2024 I’ve had nothing but problems, I’ve had money sitting in available that I can’t take out, as in the withdraw button literally doesn’t work for me, they changed payment provider and now have to wait 2-3 weeks to cash out, there’s bugs in the app and contacting them doesn’t work as I’ve made multiple tickets and got no reply. Not sure what’s up but if it’s not fixed I won’t be using them anymore.
