Generally working
Sometimes when I don’t have enough reception or internet and then after when I have already it’s difficult to enter in the app again. It’s just blocked. And it starts to work right after restart my phone.
Not Brilliant
Whilst the basic functions are fine, the interface is very confusing. It would be far better if the app had simple button options to carry out functions. Trying to remember what is found under what headings is just not user friendly. If it wasn’t for the fact that our business is embracing this software and forcing us to use it, I wouldn’t go near it. The whole app needs a radical update. I should add, who on earth thought it was a good idea to be able to clock out when you aren’t even clocked in ? The issues with this app and desktop programme means it is very labour intensive just to maintain the timesheets for a team of 20 people. This should be simple. Another issue is that every time there is an update, I get locked out and it generally means I have to delete and re-install the app.
Useful app
Helps me with work a lot, works smooth, doesn’t bug up, very good at helping me with my schedule due to the planner, easy to understand and doesn’t take long to load. Would definitely recommend
