Ubisoft Connect 12+

When I come on the app it always makes me sign in, when I do it only shows me a feed of my friends achievements or level ups etc, there is no back button or home menu, yet I can scroll down the feed looking at recent challenges completed. It is unusable, I cannot look at stats or any games. It is a useless app until they fix it.

I downloaded the app and was asked to sign in to whatever platform I use. I clicked Xbox live and it directed me to my hotmail to sign in, so I did and then directed me back to the app and it showed my gamer picture and I clicked on ‘let’s play’. It then said I had already got a Ubisoft account n asked me to sign in to link my accounts???? My password was incorrect multiple times and I clicked on forgot password, I had a link sent to my email to reset it. I clicked on the link and it asked me to put my email and password in, then I said my account may be compromised and it said it was gonna send a link to my email to reset my password. I’ve done this 5 times now and it keeps doing the same thing. I tried logging into my Facebook thinking it would help but I’m just going in loops and can’t sign in to your stupid app just to save me doing it on my Xbox. I would like a full refund of my time....oh wait you can’t 😐 sort your app out Ubisoft

So I have lost access to the email address to my Ubisoft account but I can login to my Xbox but then there is loads of links trying to get extra add ons or to secure my account but then it makes me login to my account but doesn’t give me an option to do it on Xbox what means I can’t login and I don’t feel safe with my account because my Xbox has been hacked into multiple times and I have spent money and hours into this game so I can’t just make a new account. Also another reason why I gave it a star is because it doesn’t load I’ve tried on multiple devices what are strong but still multiple links just don’t load after hours so the account side of Ubisoft is very poor and need to fix it
