Payment says complete but isn’t
I’ve just received a £60 parking fine for non payment. I definitely paid via this app and got the completed message. Since receiving the fine it seems the money had not been collected so this app wrongly told me my our purchase was complete. Scams
Great app this
Quite surprised with how easy to use and fast apple pay works with this, more improvements to come definitely will use this car parks again.

Very fair company
Use this app on a regular basis and there have been times I’ve put the wrong ref in, not put the correct times etc…
I’ve emailed the company and they get back to me quickly and don’t use the opportunity to try and fine me… very fair in my opinion and happy to help.
App can be clunky so make sure you see your time remaining before you close the app and you will be fine.
One time I forgot to pay entirely so took that fine… fairs fair…
