Turtle Beach Audio Hub 4+

Just hauled these out of my "crap" drawe and tried to get them running again. These were great for a few months after I bought them- so much so I bought 2 pairs i60, and two pair i30. Using iMac.

The i60 headset will not connect to the audio hub. I have been waiting for EVER to get a version of the Ear Force Audio hub that works. It all went wrong when the software version with the red logo switched to this version with the red logo. All was Ok for a short time, then a firmware update broke the connection to bewteen the headset and hub. The headset will connect to the iMac via bluetooth only, but thats not why I boiught the i60 with the audio hub.

IMHO, the Turtle Beach headsets are complete and utter junk at the software level. Their support for hedsets purchased even relatively recently is DIRE, nonexistent, hence these went in the junk drawer.

Turtle Beach- get this together. Its NOT good enough for a headset that was NOT inexpensive and sold at a premium price.

TWICE I've attempted to update the firmware on my Stealth 700 Gen 2 Max and TWICE it has rendered them useless and bricked them!!

After attempting to update the firmware to try and stop the issues witth the headset dropping off sporadically in-game this app (which doesnt even function properly!) has made it so my headset wont pair with the dongle anymore. I cannot stress enough how bad this is, I really expected more from a massive name like Turtle Beach. **AVOID**

I can only comment as I find...and this app has just brought a Stealth 600 Gen 2 Headset back from the grave! I now have one (slightly) less grumpy carbon based lifeform hunched in front of "my" TV (if you're reading this kiddo!), and I've saved an unwanted extra expense just before Christmas...so thank you Turtle Beach!! You are on my New Years Honours List!!
