Rubbish
This app does not work at all!!!! Just like the other review, it’s just the turtlebeach logo and a black screen. Can’t even enlarge the window. Can’t update software on my headset or nothing and these headsets are seriously expensive. Such a let down turtlebeach!! Sort it out please!! The newest app version that is stated in your instructions are also non matching! Very, very, very annoyed!!!!!!!
app doesn't load up
finally got the app to load my headphones but the update file only goes to 4% and stops. everything is plugged in correctly and the transmitter is set to PC mode as requested. can't update my almost £300 headphones. cool.
Doesn’t work
Black screen with logo that’s it . New headphones do not work.
