Inaccurate and a nightmare
In the past 6 months schedules have appeared very complicated and incorrect for my local route which is simple and direct with one bus. I’ve also had buses on normal online schedules no-show and been waiting 2 hours at a bus stop. Yesterday I was getting inaccurate results with multiple unnecessary changes and even a fare for 20km that is usually under 4€, costing over 60€! This app is a nightmare and they really need to fix this.
Pathetic
There is simply no way to create an account — they require SMS verification but they never send the OTP.
