Just like the old app but slower

I’m struggling to see how this app is different from the previous one.

The new app does have an annoying habit of “Synchronizing …” every so often, which means you can’t use the app until it’s finished.

Level Controls don’t work

I have followed steps religiously to pair my expensive Gas Bottle “Level control” sensors to the iNet box. They pair, then I “configured” them for the right bottles. But they just say that they are not configured, and won’t change that status, and won’t read the gas level when placed on the bottles. I’ve watched videos, read instruction booklet, followed steps diligently. As far as help, it’s impossible to get hold of Truma. It makes me angry that they sell something that is absolutely non functioning, and then disappear. I can “see” the battery level, just never any readings of gas on my bottles. It feels like a scam. I even replaced one at great expense to check (since they have NO support!) I strongly advise not to waste money on these! Now they’ve sent me to the rubbish service website (they obviously didn’t read I’ve been there already, it’s hopeless), the “service” site is a comedy show, there’s no way of connecting with anyone, no relevant FAQ’s, and for apparently simple products at this price (connect to iNet, affix to tanks, hey presto!), it’s shameful! The service site is typical of suppliers who don’t actually want to help buyers, just generic links and manuals. Buyer beware!

Useless don’t waste your time

When upgrading it gets stuck on the disconnect Bluetooth, which I can’t get past, I uninstalled the original and then reinstalled it, still the same.

Hello Darranna, thanks for your feedback. Please try to delete the bluetooth connection to your iNet Box in your smartphone settings and afterwards reset your iNet Box by pressing the bluetooth button for minimum 25 seconds until the LEDs are blinking. Then connect your smartphone to the iNet Box and update the iNet Box using the iNet System app. Best Regards Truma
