Game has frozen on family album?

This is a great game, but sadly has frozen on the level where the photo is put on the album cover. The picture shows the album with the picture in it, with the comment “ tap here to continue”
Now unable to play. I have reloaded the game about 6 times now.

Drama but a good game

The app just constantly closed after 3 goes and I had to reopen it and go through the download process. Even that being said I stuck with it, got to where you carpet the stairs in the living room. And I was fed up of it freezing and just crashing so decided to delete and redownload the game and started from the start. I have the game centre it should have remembered where I was. But over all the graphics are good, the game is fun and easy enough.

Ok thanks for the response, know I have not logged into Facebook, because I am logged into the game centre and I didn’t want to log it to my Facebook. So I guess there is no way to get it back never mind I don’t want to start again the game is to slow to progress thanks anyway

Thank you for the feedback! Were you logged into your Facebook account? If yes, reinstall the game and log into your account from the loading screen. This will help you get your progress back. Also, check that your device has more than 1GB of RAM for a stable game.
Update: How are you doing in the game? Have you managed to return your progress? Is everything okay in the game?

Can’t Buy Extra Moves

Thank you so much for fixing the problem about not being able to continue past the family photo album but now I’ve got a new problem. After I’ve lost all my moves there’s a bit on the next screen saying get 5 more moves for 900 coins. When I touch the green “continue play” button, I get taken to the “purchase more coins” screen where I’m prompted to buy more coins with real money even though I’ve got 3446 coins which is easily enough coins to continue with. Please sort this out for me. Thank you.
