I have been quite happily playing this game for months, but now it won’t load and so I can’t continue to play, why? I don’t want to download the new version,can I carry on the one I was playing please

Hello! We are sorry to hear about this issue. Please could you tell me if you updated the game to version 4.5 or uninstalled the game and reinstalled it? Has your game been connected to the Facebook page?
Disappointed
Was really enjoying this game, although it did take for me to uninstall then reinstall just to get it to download from the game centre, and there is my issue, I have completed the first few chapters, was moving onto the next, but now stuck on the downloading from game centre yet again and it won’t go any further!!

Extremely Annoyed
This is the second time I’ve lost all my progress.
The first time I reached level 1223 and the new update wouldn’t load. After a couple on months I started from the beginning again and got to level 822. Again, the update wouldn’t load so reinstalled the app and have now lost all my levels.
What is going on? This would have been a lovely game to continue with at home whilst in isolation. Totally gutted
