Improved Post-Workout Analysis

• A new dropdown menu lets you switch the unit displayed in the "Time Spent in Zones" graph.


Bug Fixes & Miscellaneous Updates

• How to Ride Indoor: Bike workout screens now feature a hint linking to our blog article on indoor riding with TRIQ.

• Workout Log: The filters for sport or type were not applied correctly when scrolling to the bottom of the log. This issue has been fixed.

Intelligent Tri training

Having just completed my first sprint triathlon, I’m trying for an Olympic next. This app has laid out all necessary training right until my event.

I love the UI design, the descriptions of the training segments and that it’s a moveable feast. The program can be recalculated if you miss a day.

Syncs seamlessly with Garmin and also logs any additional unplanned workouts completed. Looking forward to seeing how the app develops!

Love it

Training for my first middle distance, and finding it really useful. It syncs with my Forerunner 955, adjusts as I go. It also saves me having to manually enter the workouts in Garmin or even worse, try to remember the legs. The support team are fantastic too, really friendly and responsive.
