Made Let’s Glow - Glow!!!

Started using this app after the last lockdown and it has helped me so much! After losing my job and starting out on my own renting a room I was finding it hard to build my client base up but Treatwell made it that bit easier for me! They advertise and gain you new clients who can then book on the app! They check up with you to see how you’re getting on, they are easy to get hold of if you have any problems and are such a friendly, lovely team! Thankyou!

Absolutely ridiculous system

There are CONSTANT bugs and tech issues and Treatwell does absolutely nothing to fix them. It is also expensive to use, which would be ok if the service was decent. Is now impossible to speak with customer service (used to be able to call now they have a useless bot chat which just does not help) and if you email them it will take forever to to reply or solve the issue. Your services description will be deleted periodically (this been happening for many years and still issue has not been solved). Also now all clients notes and appointment notes have disappeared which makes it impossible potentially dangerous to keep providing services to clients. Literally the service could not be more unreliable than it is. Honestly this app is so outdated and there are too many issues. If you are thinking about signing up do yourself a favour and choose another provider. There are many free to use booking systems which are brilliant. Just stuck here cause is a popular system and now I have many reviews.
This service is a joke.

I have had an extremely disappointing experience with Treatwell. Despite offering over 100 services, I have consistently encountered issues with incorrect information being provided for my services. This has not only led to a significant loss of customers but has also resulted in numerous refunds due to the mistakes made by Treatwell.

Furthermore, I have been shocked to discover that additional services were added without my consent, leading to further confusion and dissatisfaction among my clients. The pricing discrepancies have also been a major concern, as the incorrect prices have caused significant inconvenience and financial losses.

If only Treatwell had communicated their intentions clearly from the beginning and sought my approval before making any changes or additions, I could have avoided these unnecessary challenges. It is disheartening to realize that the trust I placed in Treatwell has been misplaced, and I am deeply disappointed by the lack of professionalism and integrity displayed in their services.

Overall, my experience with Treatwell has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution when considering using their services.
