- Navigation bugfixes on workout creations, added an indicator filter when selecting workouts for a program split. Before it looked like workouts were hidden when they were being filtered in the background.
- Bugfix editing description of a program
- Added an ellipsis on the trianing panels
- Add ability to click-through keyboard when selecting exercises while the keyboard is present
- Added a dynamic paywall that shows more information about the features subscribing to Tracked Pro
- Bugfix adding workouts to your program split now always adds to the correct day

- Updated UI from seconds to minutes when rest period is above 90 seconds

- Changed the text from delete to remove for the training panels to indicate removing a workout from your calendar rather than deleting that workout
- The overview of the program panel now redirects to the session summary
- Set notes now carry over to the next session! You can now see your previous session set notes while you track.
- List your entire program days in the calendar screen view
- Add RIR/RPE on the Personal Records component if you have intensity measure tracking enabled
- Add alert if you accidentally fat finger the delete set option when there are values present
- Add the ability to swap between height metrics: metric (cm) → imperial (inches) units

Great app works amazing

Would love to be able to record RIR as a range, like 0-1 or 1-2 RIR rather than having to put a definite number to it, as RIR can be hard to be 100% certain about.

Hey Ben3687, thanks so much for the review, it means a lot!

In your exercise metadata you can prescribe a target range for RIR that should show while you track. There you can prescribe ranges like 0-1 or 1-2 RIR.

When you enable the setting for intensity measurement tracking, we only give the option for a single value so we can show the diff from the previous session. Happy to further discuss this if you'd like to shoot me a message at jackson@tracked.gg. Always open to feedback about the app.
