So far it’s ok

I had a issue when I had to use it and there was no internet. And typically it wanted to update. Witch it could. Made me look like a fool. On the side of the rd did not work till it was updated. So keep on top of that.
Also. It doesn’t work well at all. If any. On Mercedes. At all.
Audi. Yes
Honda yes So far.

No issues getting this going, very powerful interface

No problems signing up and getting an account activated pairing the bluetooth dongle, connecting to the car and reading the data stream. I want it mainly for keeping an eye on my diesel parameters, soot, ash, it is just the job, also interesting to see what is stored by the car too. Impressed it will graph multiple data sources and capture the video of this. Only shame is this is iPhone app so does not scale too well on the iPad. But no issues using it and great value for me not wanting or needing a tablet just to read a few values.

Doesn’t work

I bought this device and it never worked all the functions described but I could update the memory of the Kam battery, and I could fix the acceleration, after the update a few months ago nothing works anymore apart from the normal diagnosis, I contacted customer service and they answer me the same every time I have to send feedback, I did it then they tell me for months that there will be another update soon for months but I have not received it anymore, in addition to all the description of my vehicle and the engine is wrong when I put the VIN, this device is not worth it, I assume I have a Ford Ranger 2019, I would not buy it again
