Tootbus – City guide 4+

Unfortunately, writing it here, as wasn’t able to edit my feed back when was contacted by a company via email.

Two psychotic and overexcited individuals performed a play!!! I didn’t asked for it at all. I am using audio guides quite a lot and never was so disappointed.

I need calm and well structured and informative guide. Which can provide as much as possible information about as many as possible objects during the ride. The history of Paris is very rich and full of exciting historical events and architecture of the city is able to reflect a lot of it. I was hoping The Guide to guide me through the city. To much music and play, very little information.

The Ferry ticket only valid till 18:30!!!??? We were not able to get onto it as day was very hot and we were not able to wait for an hour in the queue under the heat. There’s no option what so ever to book a slot in the queue. Of course was excited about it, hence very disappointed not being able to do it. The cruise still was running after 18:30, but we were not allowed on it.

We bought the 48hr hop on hop off with river cruise. It took a while to figure out how the interactive app worked but once we did we found it fantastic! Loved the commentary but please update it from Queen to King! Sunday was our last day and we boarded the bus near the museum loaded down with luggage heading to Victoria coach station. Theresa came upstairs to check all passengers were happy and if they needed help. I asked where was best for Victoria, not only did she help but she kindly took my heavy rucksack downstairs so my little girl and I could enjoy our last tour comfortably. She told us where we needed to get off the bus and pointed out the coach station as we passed by as well as somewhere we could eat or get snacks for our journey. Honestly this lady is a credit to your company and possibly the friendliest person we met in London in 3 days! Thanks Theresa you are an angel, going above and beyond! x

The day was going well until we decided to take the ship fro the Tower of London. We waited over a hour in the queue only to be told the cruise had been cancelled and the next trip will be in 45 minutes. It was now 5:15 pm . There were 4 people two of whom are not very mobile. We fished to the bus stop to catch the yellow route bus .we were told the green route bus had finished for the day , we missed going on the blue route altogether as we wasted 2 hour due to the cruise cancellation. At the end of the yellow route we had to get the tube to to get back to King’s Cross station where we had parked our car
