Great for lockdown granny!
Really enjoyed first Together session with my seven year old gd. We played some games and read a book. I will scan a book in to read with her next time perhaps as the story books in the collection here are more for under 5? But the factual books selection is good and the game selection is really varied for all ages.
Excellent communication with distant grandchildren.
We have spent hours together on the app and it has been great for giving the parents a break from entertaining the children. From aged 3 to 9, we have had no difficulties finding a game to suit. I happily pay for this. The down side is that there are a number of frustrating glitches with programs locking up for the child, child not being able to use pencils to colour etc. I have reported some of these but got no reply and the same problems re-occur.
Ok app
I think this app is great. The only problem is you have to pay to call for over half an hour. I use this to call my grandparents but we don't use it very often so I think it is a bit of waste of money. But I like the idea that you can play games as sometimes calls with grandparents can get awkward as you don't know what to say where as this you can play with them. I also love the snapshots at the end.
