Easy to get, but useless. To do most things you need to use the links in the app that then take you to the official website. The app freezes and is unreliable. If you see something you like from the ‘missed it’ list, the app doesn’t let you click on the item details to elaborate the description and you can’t click on a ‘missed it’ image to see alternative views - your ONLY option to see these missed items fully is to add to basket and then go to your basket and click the image or description; only then will the details and alternate pics be visible. That’s pretty naff, as you then need to delete things from the basket if they are unsuitable. Time consuming. Shame.

Once logged in, it does not recognise TJC plus (giving free next day postage) and charges for postage. I have tried many times now with this slow app and I have needed to call every time. My time is more valuable than this!

I over the years spent thousands over the the years, but since COVID 19, I have spent hundreds on very expensive items. I am have many disability’s, and a Son with Autism. Living in a small town, your company was a saviour, but the following week’s the prices plummeted greatly!!!!! I could saved a fortune on different shopping channels!!! I would appreciate as promised by a member of your team by pressing number 5. I haven’t received the letter from Becky or Nitin, and as promised I would like it written and sent to me please???? My carer was here and spoke to both people. I will be waiting next week to receive it. Thank You. Janice Tongue

I bought the 12litre mini oven i only ordered it middle of October it stopped working middle of June i thought its got a 12 month guarantee on the box in big writing iv spoke to TJC and sent them Emails but to no satisfaction so quite a good amount of money spent and no product we are pensioners and we bought it to save us money on energy bills I won’t fall for TJC again it seems like every nickname I put in as been taken
