Amazing all round
We decided to try out Tidio chat to see how it worked out for our business and it’s been outstanding.
There’s a free plan that at this stage works out for us and when our business grows we will move onto the paid plans which are excellent value.
Very happy with Tidio
New version glitches
I’ve messaged Tidio support a number of times and even sent video recordings of the app glitching. You have to kill the app then re load it to see if any new customers have opened a chat. The new tab system on mobile just makes everything longer. Not good UI. Also the price is increasing too. No help from support. It’s been days since I’ve messaged them and I’ve heard nothing. Even sent a chase to support and again nothing. They wanted a screen recording video of the glitch and still nothing.

As a paying customer, you should have free access to our live-chat support, we are however sometimes offline and then you'd not be able to reach us. Could you kindly reach out to us at support@tidio.net with your project ID and email so that I can double-check if all is set properly for you? As for the 50-conversation limit it can be easily removed with the Communicator package. Looking forward to hearing from you.
Really easy to use
Love using Tidio, it’s easy to set up and really user friendly. I especially like the ability to switch on and offline easily from my iPhone. A great way to get more real time engagement from our website.
