Good app but..
This is a really good app for getting tickets and everything but this new update has logged me out and I can’t even log in or anything.. I press on “log in/sign in” and it just shows up that it can’t load so I’m quite upset with that.. especially since I have tickets to buy tomorrow.
Horrible
I have 2 concert tickets I wanna get one of them have almost sold out I have little chance of getting a ticket and now I can’t purchase anything because the screen won’t load you need to fix this now and I have read other reviews this is not just happening to me. You need to fix this fast or your going to lose a lot of people. None of us using the app can get tickets now I can log in I can search the concert I want to go to but when it comes to loading the available tickets they don’t load it’s really disappointing and I’m a massive fan of these 2 groups which is Ateez and Stray Kids I’m a massive K-pop fan. I swear if I can’t go to these concerts because of your stupid app not working I’m not going to be happy. Fix this now please for mine and others sakes and even your own because you’ll lose people and this app will then flop and I doubt you want that.
UPDATE: decided to delete the app and redownload to see if that would work but now I can’t even log in like other people thanks a lot please get this fixed
WHY
i have it saved as a witdgit to track the date til my concert BUT IT KEEPS LOGGING ME OUT. even when i click remember me it just does not keep my signed in. i’m not logged in on any other device or website either so it’s not like that’s the issue. it just doesn’t keep me logged in. I can’t even keep track of if i have my ticket or not because it just continuously logs me out of the account even though i signed in less than 30 seconds before. it also keep changing my location even though i’ve allowed access to it. for some reason it keeps saying i’m in LA when im in the Uk and my saved artist is coming up in mexico then makes me log in again just for it to do the same exact process. FIX THIS!
