Welcome to The HHF Method community! The educational coaching app by world renowned personal trainer Harriet Harper. The HHF Method will offer you progressive programmes (home or gym), bespoke nutrition and recipes, as well as extensive education and support to help you achieve your goals. Available worldwide, and suitable for all levels.

Say goodbye to random plans with no structure, and say hello to progression and results. At The HHF Method, we allow you to submit for a new progressive training phase each month, all designed by Harriet herself.

Choose the number of days you wish to train, select from home or gym options, and choose whether you wish to follow Harriets static plans based on her own training, or have a more adaptable option that will offer you exercise swaps if needed.

Enter your goals and stats upon sign up and within 48 hours you will receive personalised macros and recipes based on your preferences. These are totally optional meal ideas that will fit directly into your calorie goals. Receive new recipes each month and gain access to a Harriet’s full nutrition manual to ensure you learn as much as you can about nutrition for your goal.

Love love love Harriet!!

This app has everything you need, even down to extremely detailed video explanations of each exercise you’ll be doing during each workout of your personalised programme. Unlike other apps, your programme has no set duration, but is ever rolling in 4 week periods personalised to your progression, which is amazing and takes away any pressure to hit every workout when life gets in the way and therefore minimises guilt of having a busy week outside of the gym!! Many apps refer to having “a PT in your pocket” but Harriet’s app truly is like that! I’ve only been using it for 4 weeks, after a 3 month break from the gym and I’m hitting personal bests and upping my weights quicker than ever before! Love love love it!!

Great exercise programmes but meal plans need work

The exercise programme part of this app is excellent, with clear videos of how to perform each exercise. However, the app is a little buggy with a few things like the video player, rep and set entry, and exercise information, and support are quite slow to respond. It would be good if they made it easier to report a problem or provide feedback/suggestions. The big negative of this is the meal plans. You have the same weekly meal plan for 4 weeks and the recipes are so bland. There is no seasoning, herbs, spices or sauces for anything. One of the dishes is literally pasta, turkey breast and vegetables, another is tinned tuna, brown rice and vegetables. I know it’s down to having to programme to my macros but it would be great to actually have some flavour and variety to the meals. I’m now not bothering with the meal plan and trying to create my own. Overall I will keep using this app for the exercise programme, but I wouldn’t waste your time or money on the meal plans until they improve.

Changed my physique, changed my mindset, changed my life!!
I’ve gone from yo-yo dieting and trying all faddy diets, to having a healthy relationship with food, enjoying food that I like in moderation, and staying consistent. Most importantly I no longer punish myself if I want a day off/treat.
I’m the strongest I’ve ever been, and I’m in love with the gym, not intimidated anymore! Enjoying it means I’ve made it part of my routine and it’s no longer a chore, and I’m living a much more active and healthier lifestyle!
