A wonderfully produced set of courses accessed through a well designed application. Highly recommended.
Good range
I enjoy these courses - ok you have to pay for them but on the whole - you get what you pay for....!
Photography ones are interesting and give some good ideas.
The Italian series is fab - going to Rome in a couple of months and already feel more at home with exploring (despite having visited a couple of times before).
Looking fwd to the learning about the stars and bringing some of the points from the tai chi series (already practice).
Mindfulness
Got to 4th lecture. Wow! This is a life changer.A brilliant lecturer and carefully graduated to keep your attention. If everyone followed this course, it would solve the entire problem of world conflict. The out come is much simpler. How to achieve happiness through loosing negative feelings and internal conflict. Although the speaker is a Christian priest he takes lots of material from Buddha’s teaching. But at the same time it is entirely secular. What a gift with the sale on.
