Absolutely loving this app. So many recipes, hundreds of articles and really enjoying the training programme. Don’t think I’ve found an app that has everything in one place before. Really recommend!!

Haven’t come across a health & fitness app like this before! I love the weekly menu and recipes, it makes my meal prep so much easier 💕🥳
Brilliant content, app needs a lot of work
The content couldn’t be better - but the app is one of the glitchiest I’ve seen. No remembering the user, the hero training programme has been down for days - every time you click on start workout it goes onto an infinite loop you can only solve by closing the app.
