Newly downloaded app

On first impressions it looks good, setup was easy, then i went to live section all todays games where there one minute then disappeared the next, had to log out and in a few times before they came back. Secondly waited for brighton game to start, clicked link, no game just a blank screen, had to log out again and back in to get the links to work, if i leave myself logged in but move out of app when i go back in no links work, have to log out and back in to get anything to work,, what a pain

Awful experience

As others have mentioned, setting up an account on my iPad took me days of continuous loops each time I entered all my info and when I pressed register I got an ooops something went wrong message. Instead of using the app I created an account on the web and then tried to watch a women’s super league match and again I went through a series of loops filling in my login details only to be asked for my login details. Out of the blue the app says it needs Microsoft Online with no explanation. It must be a Microsoft bespoke login tool and you have to click continue even though you’re offered the option to cancel (why???). I don’t know what I did right that finally let me login (perseverance?) and started to watch a match. The match isn’t full screen, there’s an info screen in the bottom 10th of the screen that doesn’t scroll and truncates the text that does show. Honestly this the worst app experience I’ve ever had. Did anyone at the FA try this before paying for it?

Honestly this app is great on the whole. Showing WSL matches etc however! When this season started I now have to log in EVERYTIME I use the app, not only this but it doesn’t remember any of my details having to type it everytime, on top of this sometimes it doesn’t even log me in and freezes so I have to close the app to then try again.. honestly it’s infuriating and it’s making me want to give up completely… please sort this out as I love this app.
