Shocking App
Shocking app considering it needs to be used to book classes. Agree with all reviews by the time you actually get to view classes your on the waiting list it takes such a long to load up. I’m continually having to delete app and reload, it’s quicker to phone the club and book that way. Half the time can’t see classes/activities available for my children as their names don’t always appear on the app considering they have full kid membership. Please please sort as the app could be so much better.
Home Screen says classes are booked when you’re actually on waitlist
Major problem with Home Screen regarding class bookings. If you’re on the waitlist for a class, the Home Screen says ‘Booked’. This is dreadful. I recently attended a class and had to leave because of this. If you tap on the ‘Booked’ class, it then tells you if you’re actually on the class or the waitlist. I don’t see how this can be portrayed as a software ‘feature’. It’s non-intuitive to the nth degree.
Terrible App
Please sort this app out, one minute it’s fine next a waste of time.
You have to log on five minutes before booking takes place. Then when the clock goes to 7.30 pm booking is not open, you then have to go back to home page and go to book a class. By this time your lucky if you get in. With the latest issue one minute you can book a class and the next it does not appear on the app.
