Do not use
I downloaded this app as I wanted to order for collection from one of my favourite restaurants. I placed the order at 11:30am, after two hours, the order was still showing as preparing so I called the restaurant to cancel the order. They confirmed verbally it was cancelled. At 11pm, 11 hours later I got a notification from The Chefz that the order was ready for collection.
I explained to customer service that the order was placed in the morning and it was now showing ready for collection which hours after the time of ordering, they confirmed that it had been 11 hours since the order was placed and was not prepared by the restaurant however refused to cancel the order and spoken in a rude and unprofessional manner. I would highly recommend that no one uses this service.

I don't know why they don't have an option to buy credit. What if you want to donate a gift card for someone else? Other apps like Just Eat and Uber Eats do that.
