The app has some positives its fairly easy to use and have a good customer service however it has some negatives it doesn’t allow you to shop from multiple stores on on one basket without having to do separate transaction for each shop and you get charged twice for the delivery and it gets delivered by the same delivery driver this doesn’t make sense I would suggest this issue needs to be looked into as it’s time consuming and has additional delivery cost

Very poor communication

Took 18 days to deliver my order!! Very poor customers service … you buy things then they call you saying they don’t have them in stock .. no updates for your order on the app .. basically you don’t know where is it or when they gonna deliver it …
