Mit der TeleClinic App bekommen Sie schnelle Hilfe zu zahlreichen Gesundheitsthemen. Erfahrene Ärzte und Ärztinnen beraten Sie per Videogespräch rund um die Uhr. Ihre Krankenkasse übernimmt die Kosten für den Online-Arztbesuch.

In der TeleClinic App können sie bequem von Zuhause aus mit (Fach)ärzten und (Fach)ärztinnen aus ganz Deutschland per Videogespräch sprechen.

• elektronische Rezepte (E-Rezept)

Fordern Sie in wenigen Minuten Ihr E-Rezept über TeleClinic an. Sie erhalten Ihr E-Rezept direkt in der App. Ihre Medikamente können Sie sich nach Hause liefern lassen oder in einer Apotheke vor Ort abholen.

• Krankschreibung (eAU)

Bei vielen Erkrankungen ist es ratsam, im Bett zu bleiben und sich zu Hause zu erholen. Deshalb können Sie im Rahmen Ihres Online-Arztbesuchs eine Arbeitsunfähigkeitsbescheinigung digital in der App erhalten.

• Für alle Krankenkassen und Versicherungen

Die Kosten für den Online-Arztbesuch werden von Ihrer gesetzlichen Krankenkasse übernommen. Als Privatversicherter können Sie die Rechnung wie gewohnt einreichen.

Bugs and no language setting

There are a few bugs with the app as I had to attempt to enter my insurance over 5 times before it was finally submitted on the app. Took three tries to book an appointment because again, there were glitches so my attempt to book an appointment did not go through the first two times.

Also wish there was a language setting, especially for the option of English to make it easier for non German speakers to book.

It is a handy app to use if these were sorted out.

SCAM! Rude costumer services, incomplete services

Proper guidelines were not given, no prescription was given when I explicitly paid for that service and not consultation. They did not inform that it will be quicker if they send prescription to the pharmacy. I was given the view that they will send me a prescription. I opted for their pharmacy suggestion DrMorris and my medicine has not arrived. It has been 2.5 weeks now. They keep saying address was wrong when I was home waiting for it to come, no one showed up! When i asked for a refund or give me update when i will receive the medicine respondents were super rude and felt entitled! I asked them to send a prescription to the local pharmacy later which they did not. Unfriendly, not corporative, disgusting services!!! If i could give a negative rating I surely would! P.S: please hire people who have a friendly attitude towards costumers and not behave so incorporative and unfriendly. Now no one is responding to my emails! SCAM!!!!

Lackluster communication and appointments

Me and my partner have both used Tele-clinic as a service, one notable difference between us, she receives appointments and for my appointments aren’t booked and I am often left for days until contacting support.

I could no longer send a sick note for the relevant period due to the length of time passing (3 days in Germany). As such, I received a strike with my employers. This has been an issue amongst colleagues too.

My advice is to use with caution. If you are incapacitated do not rely on tele-clinic. Unless unavoidable, as such in the case of the pandemic or minor physical injury.

Due to the currently very high volume of requests, there may be longer waiting times. We ask for your understanding!

If you need an appointment for a sick note, you can now also use this service as a self-payer. The advantage of this? You will receive an appointment much quicker and will no longer be in the situation of not being able to present a sick note in time.
