Tele Taxis 4+

Good app, use it a lot, but when it comes to the booking system it’s a mess. Booked a taxi for morning time yet only started to connect me to a driver 3 minutes before my booking time.

Spoke to a driver in a bar I was in. Disgraceful that the company have outsourced the payments to taxi drivers. It takes three months for this outsourcing company to settle with the taxi drivers when you pay using the app. Tele Taxis don’t care about this. Also, the outsourcing company regularly shortchange the taxi drivers and they have to put in a claim to them. Again, Tele Taxis don’t care. This is so bad that drivers are refusing to accept payment via the app and want payment in cash or via card within the cab for good reason. Don’t support payment via the app. It is not only a rip-off for the taxi drivers but you’ll wait forever to be picked up as many drivers are ignoring this app payment system for good reason. Shame on you, Directors of Tele Taxis for not caring about your workers.

The payment portal service does not work with VPN, nor with digital banking apps, needed to kill the app and restart twice.
No error validation when an incorrect email is entered that has an incorrect domain e.g. .con and also pre booked a taxi 40 mins in advance, however it seems to have only triggered to the team 5 mins before to let us know nothing was available, and to send another less viable option which was an additional 20 mins. 0 point in prebooking and no option for drivers to accept fares in advance. Something which should be rectified.
