Booked a taxi well in advance for 1830, no show, called, told I would have to wait another 15 minutes!

Won’t create account
If I could give zero stars I would! Without any ubers or bolts in the area, downloaded this app to try pre order a taxi. Wouldn’t even get as far as registering an account, just kept returning to the home page when I tried to accept T&Cs. Utter waste of time.
Hung up on me
This app wouldn’t log me in and when I called and spoke to someone who spoke English he didn’t understand my french accent for the address and hung up on me!!
Hung up on me even though I am stuck in the middle of no where and need a taxi :-(
