When you finally figure out the app it’s not bad at all

I got this app for when I was out in Cyprus to get around better as I have a bad back, I got the app put money into my wallet but then made it extremely difficult to scan the barcode to gain access to the scooter. Once I had finally got into the system it overcharged me for my rides. It says €0.25 per minute but somehow a 2 minute ride was €3. Makes loads of sense. But not even that when we arrived back at the hotel, ended my ride, parked it up available for the next person and I go to go on the app the next day and it just takes me onto a screen for me to put my phone number in. So I do so, accept the term and conditions and nothing happens. I can’t accent the page where I can look on the map to find a new scooter and apparently I’ve been removed due to “fraudulent activity.” I can’t even open my wallet to get my money back into my account. So not only have I lost roughly €8 but I can’t use the app due to some absolute nonsense.
Overall the app is extremely laggy, unreliable, fraudulent and near enough a scam. I wouldn’t recommend this app to any of my friends.
If anything I’d like to speak to an actual human for me to get my money back and to get given a reason for my “fraudulent activity”. Absolute joke of an app!

I needed a scooter in Paphos, Cyprus to get home from Lidl so I signed up to the app. They make you pay €10 to start then I unlocked a scooter. The scooter wouldn’t work so I tried to call customer service. There was no answer so I checked the scooter back in having gone nowhere. I’m now locked out of the app supposedly “for fraudulent activity “. The only fraud is for the company taking €10 when they are clearly it able to support any service!
