They are not paying carers as the company is dissolved. Previously a very nice way of making extra money (have been a user since 2016) but have since gone under.

I completed a listing for a family I have a history of bookings with this Christmas and I’ve not received a single payment. No response via the messaging system or emails. No luck with the insolvency company who dealt with them originally.

I have asked the family to request a chargeback from their bank as Tailster has not paid me and because of our good relationship/history, they have agreed to try. No idea if it’ll work out in the end but I am grateful to them nonetheless.

Please do not use Tailster. Find an independent sitter/walker in your area and vet them properly. It’s not worth it.

Tailster will not pay you! They took nearly 3 months to release money into my bank account after i messaged them multiple times. And now that I’ve tried to withdraw it into my bank account I cannot contact them at all and it’s been weeks of no payment (meant to be in bank within 5 working days)

I’ve only done 1 job on here so far because the jobs are quite limited and I won’t bother again, after the money was put into my wallet I’ve transferred it to my bank account nothing has come through yet from them I’ve tried contacting them to no avail it’s like they don’t care
