TABATACH Timer is an easy to use app for High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT).
It helps you to do Tabata, Crossfit, Kettlebell, Running, Yoga, Cycling or any interval fitness training.
Define your workout intervals (work, rest, cycles ) and create unique, personalized workouts.
TABATACH is loaded with different types of Whistle Sounds that help identify what part of a workout you are in, interval beeps for example tell you when a new interval has started. It will help you focus on your workout and forget about the time.

These short, intense workouts provide improved athletic capacity and condition, improved glucose metabolism, and improved fat burning.

Great app
Good basic workouts included and ability to create own is simple and effective .
Needs ability to backup those workouts you made and integration with Play Music and Spotify
Form over function
Don't bother downloading until the devs have introduced a few basic features you'd expect from a paid app like this. Namely supporting music playback properly, removing the 5 second minimum on the rest timer, and at the very least allowing the app to carry on in the background when I've locked my phone (😒).
Devs also completely unresponsive to feedback, which is never a good sign...
The Best
I have downloaded many workout timers and this is by far the best one. I would of happily paid for this. Highly recommend.
